Experience
Ms. Price has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal court. She began her legal career clerking for the Honorable Lee E. Wells in Jackson County, Missouri. Following her clerkship, Ms. Price joined Shaffer Lombardo Shurin (“SLS”) in 2001. Since joining SLS, Ms. Price’s practice has included complex product liability actions, commercial litigation, business litigation and construction litigation. She has handled cases in a variety of jurisdictions including Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Ohio and Texas. Ms. Price has handled flammable vapor ignition cases arising from product defects, HMO contract claims on behalf of doctor practices, an investigation of officer/director and accountant malfeasance, and multi-million dollar construction litigation.

Ms. Price is admitted to practice law before the State Bar of Missouri, the State Bar of Kansas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. She is also admitted to practice in front of the Eighth and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Price is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.

Education
Ms. Price received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science in 1994 from Southwest Missouri State University. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law in 1999.
Personal
Ms. Price serves on the board for Turning Point, a charitable organization in Kansas City, Missouri. She also devotes several hours a week to pro bono work.
