Health Care

SLS attorneys work with health care clients on finance matters, such as evaluating and obtaining letters of credit, subscription of partners to raise funds for capital projects and negotiating private loans or tax-exempt public financing. We represent physician groups and assist them in dealing with many of the current issues facing doctors and health care institutions, including all aspects of their office and business.  SLS’s health care practice group addresses matters such as the purchase of physician practices, employment of physicians by hospitals, membership in affiliates, State regulatory issues, and anti-trust challenges for health care providers.  Our services range from drafting and negotiating agreements, to reviewing relationships for compliance with the latest federal and state law regulations.
