SLS attorneys have structured and negotiated a variety of corporate financial transactions, asset transfers, joint ventures, contractual relationships and management arrangements between health care providers.

Our attorneys have also defended companies on sexual harassment and wrongful discharge claims and have handled a significant number of non-compete matters. We have also represented numerous members of senior management in negotiating and drafting employment agreements/benefit packages and severance agreements.

We also represent numerous advertising agencies and public relations companies. SLS attorneys negotiate and draft agreements between companies seeking services of advertising agencies and public relations firms.  We have provided all legal services for numerous events, including the first Jam Against Hunger in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and B.B. King’s 70th Birthday Bash in Memphis, Tennessee, including negotiating agreements with venues, talent, media and insurance companies.  We have reviewed proposed print, radio, television, and Internet advertising for intellectual property rights violations.  SLS attorneys have represented agencies and advertisers in arbitration and litigation arising from advertising issues.
